 The browser needs a way to force a save of a file. Most laptops allow you
 to right click on a link and save as. The browser needs something similar
 to this, since as of now, it will not automatically download many .xo
 files. Downloading only occurs when the web site has set the link as a
 downloadable file with a set mime type.
