 Tomeu, please estimate the work needed to:
 1 - add this text info to the dialog box: Please use $ in front of a hex
 key. (possible solution to trial-3)
 2 - do the work for the user behind the scenes. If the authentication
 fails on the first attempt, add the $ and try again in case the user is
 entering a hex string. (probably FRS kind of solution)

 I think this is one problem where we can avoid hundreds of G1G1 support
 calls with just a little bit of text inline.
