Comment:

 This depends muchly on how we expect downstream updates to flow.  I'll
 chat with Oscar's people in Peru in a couple weeks, and see if that helps
 clarify thoughs.

 cscott, you and I need to talk before I go so that I understand fully the
 update system, and what our options are.
