 It depends on whether "incremental update" means "incremental update from
 central rsync server" or whether it means "incremental update from central
 rsync server or usb key", or whether it means "incremental update from
 {collection of sources}".

 I'm not even sure who knows the answer to this question, let alone what
 the answer is.
