 So, after you upgraded, you could see the items in the journal, but after
 some time the journal got blank and never showed the items again? Only in
 the "Insert image" dialog in Write?

 former one there are 4 videos, and under the latter one, 2 photos.

 Despite having a Journal dir in the home directory, we are really storing
 the journal items in /home/olpc/.sugar/default/datastore. Can you please
 make a zip of this directory and attach to the ticket? Thanks.

 Btw, the laptops are b3 or higher, right?

 Carla, I think we should discuss your issues in #3978, as philipmac's
 report is not exactly the same as yours and could be a totally different
 issue.

 Can you please answer my questions on that other ticket?
