 The comment above that shows the list of properties in the root node
 indicates that the EC is not responding the first time that OFW tries to
 access it to get the board ID.  If the EC had responded, there would also
 be properties named "model", "board-revision-int", "serial-number", "ec-
 version", and "ec-name".

 The dmesg log report above also shows that the EC is not responding to
 Linux, therefore I conclude that there is a problem talking to the EC.
 The fact that it is repeatable suggests that it is not a transient
 failure.

 This problem is unit-dependent, because although we have seen infrequent
 transient EC command failures, we do not see repeatable EC command
 failures on other units with Q2C26 firmware.

 We need to get this unit back for analysis.
