New description:
.m3u files are used very often on the web, containing one or more urls,
intended for streaming media (videos, audio, any media type).
Browse currently downloads the .m3u file, which then is unopenable.
Perhaps the .m3u file could be opened within Browse with the totem plugin
(assuming it has a playlist. If not, then it would just play the first
stream on the file).

Comment:
Right now, we get better coverage with Watch and Listen than with Totem.
