 With 5.110.20.p4 we seem to see a new failure mode. Shortly after booting,
 the wireless LEDs are both off, and enabling driver debugging indicates
 that the command queue is full -- we get the message '{{{PREP_CMD: cmdnode
 is NULL}}}'.

 We are trying to catch this with debugging enabled in the driver, rather
 than only observing the aftermath.
