 Based on the clue -- left LED keeps flashing when problem occurs-- I am a
 bit more concentrating on scan command and its possible side effects
 during failure. With repeated code review I could find a few problems
 --some of them have been already fixed till 5.110.20.p3 -- which might
 lead to this bad situation.

 - Fixed ticket 902.
 - Fixed: Allow scan command to scan other channels if it fails on current
 channel.

 NOTE: This does not have debug events, I will post a separate debug binary
 for that and will be based on this release.
