 - 5.110.20p3 + debug events (event 0x33- firmware fails to receive
 command, event 0x32-firmware fails to receive data packet from the driver)

  - Fixes scan command exception handling in infrastructure mode.

 Firmware version 5.110.20.p2
  - Fixes scan exception handing in pure mesh/ad-hoc mode
  - Disabled mesh auto start, as mesh always on feature is already there.
