 I have another debug log, at

 At [11991.651] we receive a scan response. This is the last CMD_RESP we
 ever see.
 At [11991.664] we send a scan command.
 At [12007.199] we get a TX timeout message, because the queue is still
 stuck.
 At [12103.956] we send another scan command.

 We continue to receive packets, but the driver has given up on sending
 anything to the wireless module.
