 Can someone with access to a failed machine turn on usb log messages and
 post /var/log/messages to this ticket?

 I'm suspecting that the main driver thread is blocked because no USB
 interrupts are waking it up.  Those logs would help us confirm that.

 I've had two xo's running build 623 for 24 hours and I could not get them
 to fail.
