#5235: Installing WikiBrowse use 99% cpu for several minutes

 To reproduce just install the xo from the web activity:

 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/WikiBrowse

 Once it's downloaded, the Journal will  take a while to unzip it (which
 might be normal normal being a 16MB zip, but we are forking a zip process
 if I remember correctly so I'm not sure journal cpu usage is justified).

 After it's unzipped Journal cpu will keep spinning at 99%, while the
 number of icons in my /tmp dir keeps growing. (see #5232).
