 Steps to reproduce the issue(s) (tested on 643 and 647):

 - open record
 - make a picture (look in the logs nothing there except the note about the
 shutter sound)
 - check in the journal that the file is there
 - go back to record and make another picture
 - look at the log - you will find the error like i have attached
 - have a look in the journal, only the first picture will be there (even
 after waiting for a while)
 - go back to record
 - click on the video or audio tab
 - click on the picture tab, the circle will be there and spinning forever
 and record is not showing the thumbnails in the tray
