Comment(by erikos):

 Did you get any alert saying 'Download started' or 'Download completed'? I
 tried it on 647 and could download fine Stopwatch, BlockParty and
 SliderPuzzle and run the activities fine.

 Is this freeze maybe related to #5216 ?
