Comment:

 changing the temp folders to
 os.path.join(os.environ['SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT'], 'instance') and set the
 permissions to tempfile.mkdtemp() to 777 solved the problem
 Memorize newer than release 21 are launching under Rainbow.
