 Additional notes:

 - The garbage was there on Trial-3, but Record didn't show it because we
 set our background to black on launch.

 - In current joyride builds (with the same version of record) we go to
 black, then go to grey, see the upper-left garbage, then go back to black.

 Hopefully these clues help.
