 Replying to [comment:1 mbletsas]:

 These events (generally during scan) indicate that wireless MAC could not
 transmit because it always finds medium busy. These events have no side
 effect and were added to identify persistent medium busy situation.
 Could you please provide mode information on
 1) whether key hole LED keeps blinking --does not stop even after a few
 seconds and there are no more scan commands send by the driver.
 2) Sniffer capture of that particular channel.
