 Kim mentioned that she has occasionally seen this problem on machines
 running Ship.2 as they are being shutdown.   Shutdown (startup ?) is the
 only time that the DCON is used to freeze the image in Ship.2.

 I think this verifies dilinger's assertion that this is a different
 problem than #4479.

 I'll start cycling some MP machines with screens through the S/R testbed
 with all logging enabled, in an attempt to catch a log...
