Comment:

 Tested in joyride 352 - working.

 This mitigates #2351 a little bit, in that it stops it repeatedly
 scrolling too far if you manually scroll up a bit (but not in the case
 when long lines are wrapped as then it doesn't scroll far enough).

 Can has Update.1?
