 My MP machine with English-language keyboard produces the wrong characters
 for some keypresses:

 * alt gr-8 produces "two dots under", but "v over" is printed on the
 keycap
 * alt gr-p produces "line over" (just like alt gr-dash) but "two dots
 under" is printed on the keycap.
 * shift alt gr-s should produce unicode codepoint 1E9C (see
 http://std.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg2/docs/n3227.pdf)
