 Fresh from the factory, on two units out of the first 6 I opened I decided
 the laptop was dead and shut it down. That caused NAND corruption and it
 wouldn't boot after that.

 The first boot is really, really long. For Update1 (or asap) we should
 consider showing some sort of progress bar. A longer term solution might
 be something else. We should also consider the factory doing the first
 boot. Possibly a copy-nand from an activated machine...
