 Activities, including Journal, need a way to know how much disc space is
 available.

 Sugar would benefit from a visualization of this information.

 It would be nice if there was a callback sugar activities could register
 with to know of changes to the available space (so that, for example,
 Record would know how many photos can be taken while a large download is
 underway in browse).

 (Note: In the past, there was an assumption that data would be always
 backed up to the school server and that xo's wouldn't 'get full'.  That
 assumption might be true for many children, but having an indication of
 available space and callbacks would help when kids are away from the
 school server.)
