 Added version 7.  At some point in the past week, it seems that changes to
 Telepathy/Presence Service/Rainbow have caused a serious bug with Tape
 Measure.  In current Update.1 (642), ATM opens and runs fine on the first
 try, but subsequent launches fail.  I have fixed this in version 7 by
 rebasing to the latest HelloMesh, which simplifies the Presence code.

 Version 7 also fixes a display bug when resuming instances from the
 Journal, and adds all the translations from Pootle.

 Formal request to update is #5158.
