Comment:

 Actually, it seems they are inverted.  The fill should be the "primary"
 color for every icon on the machine, according to the guidelines.  The
 activity icons, when uncolored, should always be represented as outlines.
 In the case of the menu in question, this means they should be white
 strokes with no fill, while at the moment they appear to be white fill
 with black strokes.  These need to be rendered correctly as strokes, just
 as they currently are in the frame, to appear correctly.

 The same is true for the filter menu in the Journal toolbar.
