 In the logs, you can see that to execvpe is passed this env var:

 }}}

 And the error is:

 <type 'exceptions.UnicodeEncodeError'>: 'ascii' codec can't encode
 characters in position 0-7: ordinal not in range(128)
 }}}

 I see quite clear that python is choking on that env var. Who sets it to
 such an strange value?
