 Heh, I misunderstood what you were saying and thought "reset" and "retain"
 were some UI options.

 So what does "resetting" the activity ID mean? Presumably, removing it?
 Because IDs are given out by Sugar and cannot be created by the activity.
 And ctime should be set to mtime?
