#5123: Mesh view does not show Access Points

 The symptom is the same of #4470 but in this case the wireless module *is*
 completely operational.

 You can:
 - scan for APs (iwlist eth0 scan)
 - talk to the firmware via 'iwpriv msh0 fwt_time'.

 What happened (to out-of-the-box 640 build) is the following.
 - The XOs were associated to the "media lab 80211"
 - After some time (days actually) the APs disappeared from the mesh view.
 - But the XOs are still associated and all wireless operations succeed.

 Restarting sugar doesn't resolve the problem.
