 B4, update1-641. Same machine+router+setup+problems as in #4942.

 However, previously I could manually get it working by stopping NM, and
 doing a manual iwconfig+ifup. The iwconfig part where I give it the WEP
 key still works, doing iwconfig without args shows the connection is
 encrypted. But, ifup now does not get me a DHCP address, and doing
 iwconfig afterwards shows it still remembered the essid but turned off the
 encryption.

 There is nothing in /var/log/messages except for the dhcp failure.
