 While the Read activity saves the last page viewed it seems to lose it
 after a reboot.  Here is how to reproduce it.

 1. Open a file in read
 2. Go to a page you can remember
 3. Close it
 3a. Resume it if you like to see how read resumes you back to the page you
 were on
 4. Reboot
 5. Go to the journal and find the file
 6. Notice the screenshot shows your last viewed page
 7. Click resume.  It should load read with the file but go back to the
 first page
