 Ok, fix with property added.

 Marco: the answer to your comment is 'no' btw... If I call
 get_size_request() from size_request_cb(), it still returns (-1, -1). I
 thought this was related to the cb being triggered before normal handler,
 but using connect_after() yields the same result. So I think we should
 stick to this approach for now.
