 Please Scott, Alex, Kim, Yani or whoever who has been doing that testing.
 Could you please verify that is true?

 From my reading of the logs and knowledge of how the DS works, I can only
 see a DS dir used in builds 635-637 or 641-642 giving that error after
 updating to 638-640.

 No clean install or upgrading from/to other builds should cause this
 issue.

 If anybody has data that contradicts this, please share. Complete logs
 with debugging enabled would also help.
