 When a node is failing all other nodes declare which packet of it they
 last saw.. A node that hasn't seen all packets of the failing node is
 expected to retrieve them from the other nodes. Unfortunately salut
 disposed the cache of a node as soon as the failure process for it had
 finished, which can be before each node has received all the needed
 packets.

 Attached patch ensures that failed nodes are kept around untill everyone
 has acknowledged all the needed packets.
