 I downloaded and installed joyride-327. The results are a bit strange. I
 flashed with the RTC set to 1999. I started up Browse, and it took up 100%
 of the CPU. I ran fc-cache, and Browse went back to normal. To reproduce
 the issue (and to run strace on Browse), I set the RTC back to 1996, and
 rebooted, hoping that Browse would again take up 100% CPU due to mtime
 issues. However, this time, Browse ran perfectly normally. I'll look
 further into this tonight.
