 Chris,

 This sounds no different than #5024 which is caused by the driver issuing
 the sleep command to the firmware after it has received a BUSY status from
 it and without waiting for the BUSY status to clear.

 A fix  for the driver is already in the works. Right now (build 641) in
 most cases OHM will kill wireless.
