 build 641

 In earlier builds (like 623) you enter the WEP key once and it doesn't ask
 you again. In this build it must not be saving it in the right place or
 looking for it in the right place, because it asks me to enter the WEP key
 after every reboot.

 I looked at the /home/olpc/.sugar/default/nm/networks.cfg and the WEP key
 info for my AP is there. It must not be read or something.
