#5094: New Browse instance comes up without appearing on the circle.

 I receive emails on my yahoo acount which have links on them. The default
 action (on firefox, for example) is to open a new tab with the page the
 links point to.
 On Browse, a new instance comes up "on top" of the existing.
 If I close it, (pressing the X at the right hand corner), the other Browse
 activity is still there, as if it was "behind".
 On the "top" activity, I cannot simply press the back button since it does
 nothing. The only way to go back is to press the X. The links I had saved
 before also don't show up on the "top" instance.
 When the 2 instances are suposedly running, only one icon is visible in
 the circle.
 I find this behaviour unexpected and confusing. I believe children will
 also get confused.
