 When you remove a USB stick from the journal, although the icons
 disappears from the bar, the led is still flashing for another couple of
 seconds.

 It seems the icon disappearing from the journal is not a final indicator
 that all communication to the USB is done.

 By removing it when led is still flashing can destroy your stick.

 Journal should remove the icon, only when it had made sure that all
 unmounting communication is finished.
