 Some activities are stuck forever in starting phase, and never actually
 load.

 It has been observed with chat, write, paint.
 It is probably related to all, but for instance log acitivity never showed
 the issue.

 You can start 3-4 activities, but only one of them might not load.

 But, if an activity cannot load, you cant start another instance fo the
 same activity(?!)

 it looks related to [https://dev.laptop.org/ticket/4662]

 3 logs:
 1st paint couldnt load
 2nd chat couldnt load, but others worked fine
 3rd the same
