#5051: activity isolation interferes with update

Comment(by mstone):

 We're currently creating groups for activities using 'groupadd' to
 manipulate the file. Since it seems like plausible behavior for groupadd
 to write through hardlinks (rather than breaking them) and since we can't
 easily make the file volatile (bundle-id gids are used to protect bundle-
 specific data files across reboot), we're kind of stuck.

 One approach we could definitely pursue would be to write our own NSS
 module (or adapt an existing one, if we can find something suitable) so
 that Rainbow can synthesize appropriate uid/gid information without having
 to touch /etc/passwd, /etc/group, and friends.
