Comment:

 A test project has been setup:
 https://dev.laptop.org/translate/projects/etoys/

 Things to note:
 1) All rights have been granted to anonymous & default registered users
 (except for suggestions)
 2) For testing purposes, the Greek language was added to the project

 The reason why suggestions have not been enabled is a 'feature' on how
 Pootle handles them: it needs the comments to be unique, which is not the
 case in Etoys...
