 Just tested a fix at the local Starbucks, and it worked.

 The fix is to change:

 pref("security.OSCP.enabled", 1);

 to

 pref("security.OSCP.enabled", 0);

 in /usr/lib/xulrunner-1.9a9pre/greprefs/security-prefs.js, and restart the
 Web activity.  Scott will make this change now (in all build flavors) and
 kick off a new update1 build.
