 I am revising my last comment. xavi is correct that the charset value is
 causing the problem. in the web-activity the problem is in the pseudo.po.
 web-activity works if pseudo.po charset value is changed to UTF-8.

 The calculate activity directory has an unused Calculate.pot file that
 confused me.
