Comment:

 all of the activities now fail to build file setup.py and therefore fail
 to install:

 python setup.py install /home/gjpc/olpc2/sugar-jhbuild/build
 po/pseudo.po: warning: Charset "CHARSET" is not a portable encoding name.
                        Message conversion to user's charset might not
 work.


 (other activity errors vary but all fail on the same file, setup.py
