 Yeah - looks somehow Pootle is auto generating this for us. We are looking
 into Pootle to see what is happening. Meanwhile - to ensure that the build
 gets through (most of the files which have these lines in them are
 placeholders, ie, no translated strings yet), you can run

 {{{
 find . -type f -name "*po" | xargs perl -pi -e 's/\Q"Plural-Forms:
 nplurals=INTEGER; plural=EXPRESSION;\n"\E\n//g'
 }}}

 in the projects/po directory. We are currently doing this, and will be
 commiting the changes to dev.laptop.org git soon.
