Comment:

 Probably my intentional mistake.  I didn't realize that the Nigerian
 keyboard has a single layout.

 I fixed it in xkeyboard-config, but we also need to update the mfg-data to
 update the KL tag from "us,ng" to "ng".  Kim, do you know how to notify
 these changes?

 I hope we haven't started producing laptops with this defect, otherwise
 this would require an ugly workaround in our beautiful configuration
 scheme.
