Comment:

 Tested connectivity with this AP (D-Link DVG-G1402S) and WPA-PSK.
 I used an XO with the out-of-the-box 623 build.
 WPA works as long as you provide not the passphrase but the hexadecimal
 key.

 A converter script can be found at:
 http://www.xs4all.nl/~rjoris/wpapsk.html
 It can be saved and used locally so, a passphrase doesn't need to be
 transmitted.

 This will generate a 64 hex characters long sequence. Too long to type, of
 course. But this points out that wpa is supported by the wireless firmware
 and driver. A PBKDF2 function must be incorporated to the sugar widget.
