 The oops is caused by
 http://dev.laptop.org/git?p=olpc-2.6;a=commitdiff;h=6dfe576bcbd90741a610bffbc2c3caa3730b212c
 -- where we call libertas_reset_device() on a device which has already
 gone away and had some of its data structures freed. I'm working on fixing
 that, along with other breakage on disconnect/reconnect.

 The root cause seems like hardware -- the device doesn't come back after
 resume. Please reproduce on C2 or fully ECO'd hardware.
