Comment(by rwh):

 Added title, title_set_by_user, activity, activity_id, keep, preview and
 share_scope to metadata as well. Perhaps it's an idea to give the Activity
 class a function to generate the default metadata for a file associated
 with an activity (since now there is duplicate code)
