Comment:

 In order to colorize the svg icons, we need to be able to use inside
 comboboxes the sugar.graphics.icon.Icon class. For that, a new
 CellRenderer is needed.

 The attached patch adds a CellRendererIcon that uses Icon to render to the
 window in the combobox. Instead of refactoring the on_expose_event method
 like in the patch, I think Icon should be divided in two classes: one
 implementing the logic for badges, coloring, etc., and another inheriting
 from gtk.Image and using that other class.

 Marco, any other idea?
